Our clients deserve the opportunity to flourish. Our programs and resources are designed to give you the tools that you need to do just that.
PREGNANCY TESTS
You may be showing signs of pregnancy (missed period, nausea/vomiting, swollen breasts). We offer lab-grade testing to confirm your pregnancy, along with an options consultation. Our staff will give you medically accurate information on all of your options. No appointment is necessary, and walk-ins are welcome.
ULTRASOUNDS
If you have already had a pregnancy test with us, you may be wanting a limited ultrasound to confirm your pregnancy is viable. This information is crucial before you make decisions about your next steps, whether you’re considering abortion, adoption, or parenting.
CONSULTATION
We offer support in areas of miscarriage, abortion, relationships, stress, abuse, and so much more. You do not have to be pregnant to qualify for counseling services.

S.H.A.R.E
Sexual Health and Relationship Education is offered to teens in public and private schools, and is taught by a nurse instructor. Parent Mentoring
Our web-based parent education curriculum has more than 150 topics and lessons for moms with children of all ages. These lessons can be accessed from your phone or tablet any time of the day or night and include topics like pregnancy and birth, infant care, the first year, parenting and discipline, and much more.
Community Referrals
Please fill this form out to the best of your ability. A representative of the HOME program will contact the client to conduct an interview and obtain a list of needs. A pick up appointment will then be scheduled within one business day in most cases. Please do not send the client to the center with a written referral.
